After which, afterward..

Well, here we are, six and a half months later, at the other end of the experiment.

Just think, in the time it took read the story, week to week, we could all have made it to Mars. We’d probably already be suffering the effects of radiation sickness, too weak to begin excavation of the caves we’d have to live in to protect us from even more radiation.
